Today it's like forever 21 posts a new faux-pas every time i re-load the page. This dress seems to suffer from multiple personality disorder. Above the waist, it's a business woman. Below the waist, it's like a cheap prom dress. I dont even know what's going on at the shoulders. I understand the need to work hard, play hard but no need to have a dress that is a battlefield between the two.
